Shareefa has been commissioned by various creative orgs and campaign groups to use her poetry to advocate for marginalised people and to gather support for grassroots campaigns. She has done bespoke commissions to perform at conferences and events, including corporate bookings. Shareefa was commissioned to attend a conference, summarise the whole event into a poem performed at the end of the conference. She been featured on the SPOKE World app with a hip- hop poetry meditation and on the Dead Man’s Phone game app, also featured on Netflix.

BBC The One Show for the Grenfell one year anniversary. Shareefa wrote this poem to detail the North Kensington communities fight for justice. She directed the video and lines from her poem to be recited by the local community impacted.

Written and performed for Apples and Snakes for National Poetry Day's 2020 theme 'Vision', a film combining poetry, sign-supported English, street art & dance. This video was used as a prompt to encourage children in schools to write poetry for National Poetry Day.

Marketing brand Kantar Talks to demand mindfulness from brands in 2020, addressing the impact of the murder of George Floyd and for brands to reflect on their responsibility.

Level Up UK campaign to demand pregnant women to stop being sent to UK prisons. Shareefa collated research from midwives and academics on cases of baby deaths in custody in England and turned it into spoken word poetry from the perspective of a barrister advocating for pregnant mothers. Shareefa also directed the film. This poem was used to raise awareness on the severity of multiple cases and gather signatures to collectively demand change.
